The mentorship initiative targets emerging talent in Baltic States (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania), Central Europe (DACH, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary), and Nordic regions (Finland, Sweden, Denmark), all areas identified as critical for European cyber defense and critical infrastructure protection.
