Compact Power Unit P 605 OE – More Power, Longer Battery Life

5 litres of oil volume at a weight of 12 kg – only LUKAS can do that! Compact design, combined with the low weight and high usable oil volume, creates an unprecedented flexibility and mobility at the point of use.

LUKAS Hydraulik GmbH has developed a particularly mobile and powerful unit that also allows hose-connected devices to be extremely flexible and mobile. The successor to the P 600 OE is compact and has a longer battery life. However, one of the most outstanding innovations of the LUKAS compact power pack is probably the maximum oil volume of 5 litres, through which a complete rescue set including rescue ram can be operated with the P 605 OE. At the same time, the power cube is a lightweight at 12 kg, thus protecting the rescuers‘ strength.

The LUKAS P 605 OE compact power pack can be operated either wirelessly using LUKAS‘ usual powerful battery technology or with a power supply unit.

The built-in ECO mode, which is activated when the valve is not actuated, protects the battery and allows an exceptionally long working time with just one battery charge. When the ECO mode is activated, the on/off switch flashes green to always indicate that the genset is ready for operation even in noisy environments.

Whether as a useful addition to an eWXT set to increase the usable product portfolio with battery technology or as an excellent alternative to the P630 /P 635 power packs as the sole drive source. The P 605 OE can be operated with the 5Ah / 9Ah batteries of the eWXT series as well as with the eWXT power pack 230V.

• Usable oil volume of 5 litres for operating a complete rescue set
• ECO mode when the star knob is not actuated
• On/Off button flashes green when ECO mode is activated
• Oil level indicator on tank illuminated from inside
• Compact dimensions
• Low weight of approx. 14 kg including battery

The P 605 OE will be available from November 2020. Further information can be found at

Über die LUKAS Hydraulik GmbH

Since the end of the 1940s pioneering hydraulic products have been manufactured in Erlangen: Initially only for industrial applications, the rerailing technology division was added in 1955 and in 1972 LUKAS was the first supplier to develop the first hydraulic cutter for rescue operations. This laid the foundation stone for an entire industry.

The pioneer of the rescue industry set the innovation trends and still today manufactures all products with precision and passion in the in-house production "Made in Germany". As part of the international IDEX Corporation, synergies between the continents can be used and the comprehensive know-how of the existing business units of the IDEX Fire & Safety family can be drawn upon. LUKAS is therefore able to act globally, exchange international application knowledge and bring high-performance hydraulic products to the market all over the world.

All for one common mission: SAVE TIME. SAVE LIVES.
