GBTEC launches online academy for digital learning

On July 25, GBTEC Software AG, based in Bochum, Germany, launched a learning hub. With the new online academy, the BPM and GRC specialist is expanding its digital learning offering and improving further training opportunities for companies. The goal of the learning platform is to help those involved in the operational implementation of digitization understand the interrelationships of the digital world and to simplify the opportunities for self-directed learning. Three "Getting Started" courses provide the beginning.

Flexible learning for successful digital transformation

The increasing use of digital technologies and a constantly changing working world are causing companies to regularly adapt their business processes. The qualification and further training of employees are therefore essential for organizations to support the acquisition of new skills and to successfully master the challenges of the digital age.

"We are currently experiencing enormous technological change in the business world. But only if companies recognize their full digital transformation potential they will be able to follow the many new paths. Ongoing training is therefore essential to enable optimal conditions for fast and successful implementation of projects in the digital environment and to gain competitive advantages," explains Gregor Greinke, founder and CEO of GBTEC.

Via the Internet-based learning platform of the GBTEC Academy, BPM enthusiasts and GBTEC customers can currently acquire essential user knowledge in GBTEC’s software products in three e-learning courses. A large number of additional, product-independent training courses on the topics of digitization, process management, and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) will follow shortly.

"Nowadays, companies are increasingly relying on online offerings instead of traditional classroom training for the continuing education of their employees. The GBTEC Learning Hub courses can be completed digitally and independently of time and place. In this way, we want to give users maximum flexibility and efficiency in their learning, as they can learn anytime and anywhere on the devices of their choice," explains Greinke.

Practical case studies, transparent learning levels and a modern interface provide users with an effective and intuitive user experience. Training will also be tailored to different target groups, scenarios and experience levels, as well as include certifications.
